What 5,000 Class A/B UST Operators Say About Our Training

For a while now we’ve asked our users to fill out a course survey after completing their online training. We recently looked at feedback from over 5,300 Class A/B UST operators over 30 states and here’s what we found. In all categories we’re very pleased how well we did.

• Ease of purchase (39% said super slick, 45% said pretty easy)
• Usefulness of handouts (56% said very useful, 31% said pretty useful)
• Lessons easy to follow (51% said very easy, 36% pretty easy)
• Practical and useful information (60% said very useful, 32% said pretty useful)
• Online as good as live (44% said heck yeah, 30% said mostly)
