For a while now we’ve asked our users to fill out a course survey after completing their online training. We recently looked at feedback from over 5,300 Class A/B UST operators over 30 states and here’s what we found. In all categories we’re very pleased how well we did.
- Ease of purchase (39% said super slick, 45% said pretty easy)
- Usefulness of handouts (56% said very useful, 31% said pretty useful)
- Lessons easy to follow (51% said very easy, 36% pretty easy)
- Practical and useful information (60% said very useful, 32% said pretty useful)
- Online as good as live (44% said heck yeah, 30% said mostly)

In addition to seeing such great feedback, what really stuck out was that the majority of operators found the material practical and useful. We’re glad to not only train and certify UST operators but actually help them see the value of training.
