If this was a hydrostatic test of the spill bucket, no problem. However, if an inspector finds a spill bucket full of water it’s a violation.

Someone drilled a 2″ hole in the bottom of this sump and did not plug it up. If liquid gathers in the sump bottom, it goes right into the ground.

This tank interstitial space sensor wire was snipped so the sensor could not communicate with the tank gauge.

What’s Wrong Guage

What's wrong with this picture?

The pressure gauge should not be left in place after installation. If a vehicle struck the dispenser and the gauge happened to be struck also, the closing shear valve would push fuel out the gauge opening.
