This is the first one everyone who answered got right. The vent stacks terminate at the door of the second story next to the gas station. The top of the vent stacks should be higher than the room line to avoid breathing in fuel vapors.
I believe that you are incorrect. Look at the base of the vent pipes and you will see that the base is many feet away from the building (the building is not even on the same property!) in the background – this is optically deceiving. There is a curb, hedge, space, block wall, weeds and more space between the vent pipes and the building. AND the vent tops are angled away from the building as well. FAILED OBSERVATION.

Hi Michael. I took that picture myself and I can assure you the vents caps were right next to the second story door.
