Collection for the Record is inadequate. Looks as if that is their method of filing. I think that the best way is looping them and staple to a sheet of paper and placed in a file, otherwise a jumbled mess.
First thing I noticed was the warning light is illuminated. It doesn’t look like there is any ink on the ATG tape, so that is probably one reason for the warning light. I also see that they are keeping their records with a “trash bag”. As a former inspector, I wouldn’t like it but have to note that at least they are keeping the records.

The first time I saw the photo I was so distracted by the large bag I didn’t see the flashing light. Double jeopardy! Thanks Alicia.
