why was a dog park fence installed around underground fuel tanks ? the trucks can’t get adequate access to open and refill the tanks as needed..
Also, seem pretty dangerous or hazardous for dogs to be around that type of atmosphere or environment inhaling fuel vapors…..
It looks like the vapor recovery ports are out of place inside of the dog park while the fill ports are outside the fence. In any case, a dog park is not a recommended location for USTs.

Vapor recovery is on the other side of the fence which would be a pain too.
Also the technicians would have to deal with the dog poop when they have to work on the system!

I would not want to encourage smoking near my USTs. The garbage bin/ashtray combination would be my first concern.
