It seems that the operation is missing the hose to the Rigid shop vac. And someone could slip and fall on all of those Veeder-Root printouts on top of the step stool that they utilize to ignore all of the printouts stuck in the front cover of the Veeder-Root.

Aside from all the obvious, it doesn’t seem that anyone is retaining tapes for record keeping and the Veeder Root is well out of the line of sight.
The biggest issue is the electrical panel cover is not in place allowing for the possibility of touching the live wires in the panel.
