I don’t actually know what this is. My guess is that it looks similar to sewage or water pipe type fittings you might find at your house. If that is so, then it is likely not rated for fuel and probably not rated for the types of pressure that may be on that line. This also means someone worked on it that was not certified. This is my guess but I am happy to learn if it is not correct.

It’s not super clear in the picture but the center fitting has an ongoing drip.
THE FITTING OF THE CUFF LOOK SMALL,, THE AMOUNT OF PRESSURE WILL BURST OPEN..
Actually if you look closely there’s a small drip coming from the center fitting.
