Aloha Hawai’i UST operators. A gentle reminder every Class A, B and C operator must be trained by December 9, 2013. And once trained you must submit the verification form and our certificate of completion to the Department of Health. We offer Class A/B and C UST operator training online to help you meet this important deadline.

Also for everyone who’s been trained already, please make sure you fill out and submit the official HI DOH forms and a copy of your USTtraining.com certificates to the DOH. You need to submit both. Previously DOH said one was fine but we just received word you must submit both.
