Where’s the keypad, you may be wondering? The 450 PLUS no longer has buttons as on the older TLS 350. It’s been replaced by a touchscreen. Let’s look at navigation features.
The Home button gives you an overview of your UST system.
Favorites act as bookmarks or shortcuts to critical information you might need on a regular basis.
The menu is quite detailed. There’s a lot of information available. For the operator, there are:
- Diagnostics
- Overview
- Reports
And for the advanced operator or service technician, there are setup and configuration options.
- Setup
- Software Maintenance
- System Administration
There’s an Actions button. If there’s something that needs to happen, you can have that listed here. It will tell you what to do to respond to some type of alarm.
In the upper right hand corner, there’s a Print button. If you want to get a printout of what you’re looking at on the screen, you just hit Print.
