As I read this story about my home state of Washington, this article feels like a throwback to the 1980s and ’90s, when there were leaky tanks seemingly everywhere. And not just small leaks, but major events like the one covered below. There’s quite a complex story here as far as determining the source and extent of the impact that leaky underground fuel tanks cause.
