NM logoThe Petroleum Storage Tank Committee will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the old PERA Building, 1120 Paseo de Peralta, Santa Fe, NM at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be in Apodaca Hall, on the second floor of the PERA building, and is open to the public. Please see the webpage for further information and agenda.

Directly following the meeting, staff of the Petroleum Storage Tank Bureau will be giving a short presentation on the proposed process and schedule for the anticipated regulatory revisions in response to the new federal regulations that were published on July 15, 2015 with an effective date of October 13, 2015. The presentation on the regulatory changes may begin as early as 10:45 a.m. and will end no later than 1 p.m.

Until New Mexico’s regulations are revised and receive EPA approval, owners and operators in New Mexico must continue to follow current state requirements.
