The Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI) recently published a summery of the new EPA UST rules. Check it out.

NACS – the National Association of Convenience Stores – now offers our online Class C UST operator training course through their new online library. With over 200,000+ certificates issued so far, we are very excited to provide our training to an even larger audience. The course is powered by our learning partner Ready Training Online. With a few state training deadlines looming and the new Federal regs now on the streets, things have been super busy here at UST Training. Here’s what’s up next:

The New Federal UST rules were finally published in the Code of Federal Register on July 15, 2015, which makes them officially the law of the land yesterday. The effective date (starting line) is October 13, 2015.

I’ve spent much of the last week wading through hundreds of pages of material published by the US EPA, trying to familiarize myself with the new UST Law of Land, made available Monday, June 22, 2015, exactly 26 and a half years to the day when the first batch of UST regulations hit the streets.

The states of Florida and Nebraska have upcoming training deadlines and in order to help UST operators in those states we’re offering the following limited discounts:
