For trained Class A/B UST operators: Now that you’ve learned there may be alternative fuels compatibility issues with your UST system, where do you turn for more information?
The Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI) continues to update its online UST Component Compatibility Library so check it out for starters. Check with your service provider if you’re not sure where to find the equipment manufacturer’s name. Unfortunately you have to check each piece of equipment since your UST system is made up of many parts from different manufactures. But this is a start.
