Near as we can tell, the driver either did not connect the stage I vapor recovery opening or simply left it open to vent directly at grade. Then heat from the car driving by caught the vapors on fire. What do you think?
Also, would your Class C UST operator know what to do first if he or she saw this happen? Does your training cover these kinds of incidents?
