Hi, this is Ben Thomas with UST training, and this is a tank savvy minute. If you have an EVO 550 or 600 by Franklin fueling systems, it’s important to know there is a compliance button. Print compliance report you’ll get information to the inspector to show the tank is in compliance basically that it’s not leaking however there is an additional feature I want to show you under the drop-down menu here go through it a couple times compliance. Little check box there you click on that, and we are showing compliance with the UST system two different ways. One is the lines and we’re showing that there are electronic line leak detectors here we are showing monthly 0.2 gallon per hour leak test results happening continuously and annual 0.1 gallon per hour leak test happening annually and if we go back a little bit there’s also a sensor feature and sensor means that automatically tells me we’ve got double wall tanks double wall piping and potentially under dispenser containment sumps and sure enough there are a ton of sensors at the site. This is a busy site, there interstitial sensors below the dispensers on the tank top with the submersible turbine pump and the interstitial space of the double wall tank all not in alarm. We’re showing leak detection is being achieved on the tanks and the piping plus the line pressure is being done, the compliance report is successful.
