Hi, this is Ben Thomas with UST training, and this is a tank savvy minute. We are at the Source Fueling Equipment Solutions tank diagram. What I want to say today is that underground storage tank systems are complex. Over 70 individual pieces make up a typical underground storage tank system and that’s just for one tank and so you’ll notice the underground tank here and the dispensers and the product piping to get there but there’s also these different little fittings that go on here there is a fill opening, spill bucket, vaper recovery line, tank gauge monitor lots going on in the submersible turban pump. Underground storage tank systems are complex you as a UST operator aren’t necessarily involved in all the stuff that goes down below gray but I just want you to appreciate the fact that underground storage tank systems are complex electronic mechanical systems that need to be respected and only use qualified UST professionals to do the service work on that they’ll keep you out of trouble.
