Hi, this is Ben Thomas with UST training, and this is a tank savvy minute. Security of your critical UST information here is very important, therefore the Veeder-Root TLS- 450plus has new security features that allow you to lock out certain individuals from certain types of information to make sure there is not a data and security breach. Let’s go to the menu item, there is a system administration’s feature, and this allows us to determine administrative and user roles. Let’s click on administrative roles here and we can see here there are three different predefined roles that can access this Veeder-Root information. There is the administrator, the operator and the inspector and so the administrators a person in charge of the overall operation and setting of the system. The operator could be maybe the day-to-day person doesn’t need to know all the information about the tank system and the custom role, the regulator this could be such that if a state inspector showed up and want to get compliance information, they would be limited to that compliance information.
