Hi, this is Ben Thomas with UST training, and this is a tank savvy minute. We’re here at the National Petroleum Equipment Institute trade show. We’re going to be doing some stuff about operator training what to know with spill and overfill prevention. We’re looking here at a spill bucket. This particular one is a double wall spill bucket with a drain valve. Have our fill Riser here and when we look at the underground storage tank inside the underground storage tank, we see this automatic shut off device, what people call the flapper valve. You don’t often get to see these guys in action which is why it’s cool we’re being here. So, this is the automatic shut off device as the fuel level rises it gets to a point where it slams shut the fill riser, fuel cannot get in the tank anymore. This is one of the overfill prevention pieces of equipment that is allowed by law and it’s actually one of the better ones because it actually stops the flow of fuel dead in the tracks the tank isn’t overfilled.
