Our Hawaii Class A/B UST Operator Training Course Has Been Re-Approved

Aloha Hawai’i UST Operators. Our Class A/B UST Operator Training course has just been re-approved by the Department of Health (DOH). The course needed to be updated to account for the rule changes, which go into effect this summer.  Check it out!

Our Florida Class A/B UST Operator Training Course Now Approved

Hello Florida UST Operators. Our Class A/B UST Operator Training course, has just been approved by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). The course has been available for a number of years but now the DEP is required to approve all third party courses. And ours now is approved. Plus we’ve updated the material to include the recent changes to the Florida UST rules. Check it out!

What does a suspected release mean? Lessons from a recent UST explosion

Overview: Oregon has the distinction of being the first state in the US to require UST operator training back in 2003 and instructor Ben Thomas has trained the majority of UST operators in Oregon since then. This course will prepare students to become a certified Class A/B UST operator in Oregon. Attend this lively, interactive class to learn about UST rules, best management practices, and come away with practical advice about being a top notch UST operator. Seating is limited, sign up today!

Approval: This course is approved by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). The Washington Department of Ecology (DOE) approves this course by reciprocity.

Refresher: A refresher training is not required unless the UST owner receives a violation notice for significant non-compliance; then refresher training is mandatory. We do encourage voluntary refreshers to help you stay fresh on the content.
