When EPA added new UST regulations for things like spill bucket and sump testing, each state had to adopt its own regulations to comply with Federal law. But if you have USTs in many states, the deadline for these new rules can vary from state to state, sometimes a lot. Fortunately, EPA recently published a list of deadlines for each state. So check out this link, click on your state or states and find your deadlines.
